Refund policy
Every tee is printed for you after you order it. Nothing is made in advance, and nothing goes back on a shelf - which is what shapes everything below. Whatever the problem, write us at info@thelasttee.com as soon as you spot it: the sooner we know, the more we can do about it.
Check your size first
Made to order means we can't do free size swaps, so the size guide is worth two minutes. Every tee is measured flat, and between two sizes we'd go up. Size guide →
Misprints, damage, or defects
If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, write us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the tee and the problem. You don't need to send anything back - the photos are enough. Once we've confirmed it, we reprint it free: same design, same size, same colour. If that exact tee is no longer available to print, then you choose - another tee on us, or a full refund.
If your parcel doesn't arrive
Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier first, then resolve it with whatever comes back - normally a reprint of the same design, size and colour, or a refund if we can't print it again.
What isn't a defect
Some things look like faults and aren't. None of these are grounds for a reprint:
- Measurements up to 5 cm (2") off the size guide. Tees are cut and sewn one at a time.
- Colour that isn't exactly what your screen showed. Cotton and screens don't speak the same language, and pale inks on bright garments -reds and maroons especially- can pick up a tint from the fabric underneath.
- A softer, more faded print on heather and grey marl tees. Those fabrics are blends, so the ink sinks in instead of sitting on top. It's the worn-in look, and it's how they're meant to come out.
- Print placement up to 1.2 cm (0.5") off. Every tee is printed one at a time, by people.
If you think you might send the tee back because you changed your mind, don't wash it first - see below.
Wrong address, or a parcel you didn't collect
If the address was wrong or incomplete, or the parcel went uncollected and came back to us, we'll send it out again once you confirm a good address - the reshipping is at your cost, since the tee did leave on time. If you'd rather not, we'll refund the tee minus the original shipping. If the mistake was ours, we reship free.
Changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, wherever you are, no reason needed. Write us first at info@thelasttee.com and we'll email you the return instructions. The tee travels back at your cost, and it has to come back unworn, unwashed, unstained and undamaged. If it comes back in worse shape than it left, we reduce the refund to reflect what it lost.
We refund what you paid for the tee. If you're in the EU and tell us within 14 days of delivery, that's also your legal right of withdrawal, and we refund the original standard shipping too. Sending it from outside the EU? Mark it as a returned item; if customs charge anything when it arrives, we take it off the refund.
In the EU, an email saying you withdraw is enough. If you like, you can use this model form (optional):
To The Last Tee (Sebastián Fernández Alberdi), Calle Orense 61, Bajo A, 28020 Madrid, Spain - info@thelasttee.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: ...
Ordered on ... / received on ...
Name: ...
Address: ...
Date: ...
Worth knowing before you order: international postage is expensive in both directions. That's the honest reason we push the size guide so hard.
Retired designs
When a design loses the arena, it retires for good. If yours needs replacing and we can still print it, we will. If we can't, you choose: another tee on us, or your money back.
How refunds are paid
Once a refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method within 10 days. Where there's a return involved, we approve it when the tee reaches us.
Your rights
Nothing here limits them. In the EU you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years (three in Spain), and the 14-day withdrawal right comes from Directive 2011/83/EU.
